Dirt 3: Complete Edition vine pe 9 martie

Codemasters va lansa Dirt 3: Complete Edition pe 9 martie pentru PS3, Xbox 360 si PC.

Update-ul va avea jocul full si va include 12 curse noi in doua locatii, precum si masini noi.
Totul va fi disponibil pentru £30, deci e o oferta buna in caz de nu ati cumparat inca jocul.

Aici e intreaga lista cu ce va contine acest update:

- The Monte Carlo Rally Pack – eight breathtaking Rally stages featuring dramatic climbs, descents and hairpins of snowy mountain roads. Race through the Alps and conquer the legendary Col de Turini pass.

- The X Games Asia Track Pack – four new routes set across two new tracks in Shibuya, the neon heart of central Tokyo, where spectacular mud-spattered Rallycross circuits weave beneath towering skyscrapers.

- The Power and Glory Car Pack – stars five cars including the BMW M3 Rally, Lancia Delta S4, Ford Focus ST Rallycross, Scion tC and Chevrolet Camaro SSX Concept, each with a range of liveries.

- The Mud and Guts Car Pack – features five cars available for single-player, split-screen and online multiplayer events. Race the Lancia Stratos, Peugeot 205 T16 Evo 2, Citroën C4 Rallycross, Saturn Sky and Ford Mustang GT, each with a range of liveries.

- The Colin McRae Vision Charity Pack – access the Ford Escort Mk II, a 70s rally classic with five liveries.

- The Ken Block Special Pack – features a customised and upgraded Ford Escort Mk II, an Open Class Rally car sporting a killer Ken Block livery.

- The Mini Gymkhana Special Pack – access the mid-engined Mini Cooper S Gymkhana, customised and tuned to become an outrageously responsive Gymkhana car.

Sony a lansat un video de 12 minute ce prezinta fanilor unele din cele mai importante caracteristici ale consolei.

Video-ul incepe prin a arata o privire la consola in sine, apoi ne arata cateva din cele mai interesante aplicatii disponibile la lansare.

PlayStation Vita va fi lansat pe 22 februarie.

Daca nu mai poti sa astepti pentru a vedea ce contine demo-ul Mass Effect 3 ce vine pe 14 februarie, atunci puteti arunca o privire pe video-urile de mai jos.

Un utilizator YouTube a uploadat 50 de minute de gameplay al jocului, ce ofera o privire clara asupra primelor doua misiuni.

Valve si Blizzard merg la razboi pentru DOTA

Doua dintre cele mai cunoscute companii producatoare de jocuri PC vor trebui sa mearga la razboi pentru utilizarea termenului DOTA (Defence of the Ancients).

In caz ca nu stiati, DOTA este unul dintre cele mai populare moduri pentru Warcraft 3. In 2010, Valve a angajat unul dintre creatorii modului si a anuntat ca incep sa lucreze la DOTA 2. Blizzard nu au fost foarte multumiti de acest lucru, mai ales cand si ei au anuntat un sequel, si anume Blizzard DOTA.

In ciuda acestui fapt, Valve a incercat sa inregistreze termenul “DOTA”, chiar daca nu are nici-o legatura istorica cu numele – sau chiar genul jocului.

Blizzard a mers la US Patent and Trademark Office’s Trial and Appeal Board si a spus ca daca le ofera celor de la Valve numele DOTA nu numai ca ar provoca daune numelui, dar si fanilor Blizzard.

Asta e ceea ce a spus Blizzard in legatura cu Valve:
“In contrast to Blizzard, Applicant Valve Corporation (“Valve”) has never used the mark DOTA in connection with any product or service that currently is available to the public.”

“By attempting to register the mark DOTA, Valve seeks to appropriate the more than seven years of goodwill that Blizzard has developed in the mark DOTA and in its Warcraft III computer game and take for itself a name that has come to signify the product of years of time and energy expended by Blizzard and by fans of Warcraft III. Valve has no right to the registration it seeks.”

“If such registration is issued, it not only will damage Blizzard, but also the legions of Blizzard fans that have worked for years with Blizzard and its products, including by causing consumers to falsely believe that Valve’s products are affiliated, sponsored or endorsed by Blizzard and are related or connected to Warcraft III.”

Blizzard spune ca deoarece originalul mod DOTA avea nevoie de WarCraft III sa poate fi jucat, au o sansa mai mare de a obtine marca inregistrata asupra acestuia decat Valve.

Lead designer-ul jocului Amazing Spider-Man a adaugat noi informatii despre acesta pe Facebook.

Cel mai interesant este ca jocul va aduce din noi free-roaming-ul in Manhattan, vei putea descoperi side-missions si mini-games pe langa storyline.
“Our game brings back free-roaming in Manhattan, where you guys will be able to swing around and discover a variety of side missions, challenges and mini-games in addition to the main storyline.”

Daca va intrebati de abilitati noi, producatorul a spus ca noul sistem “Web Rush” ofera o navigare in timp real a acestora unde puteti alege multe stiluri de lupta.
“We introduce an all-new gameplay mechanic called the Web Rush, which gives players real-time navigational and combat choices,” spun acestia. “Web Rush can be triggered on the fly, at any moment and immediately presents you with a variety of situational choices, letting you pull off Spidey’s signature moves like never before.”

Microsoft Flight free-to-play de pe 29 februarie

Microsoft a confirmat ca va lansa jocul free-to-play, Microsoft Flight, pe 29 februarie.

Jocul permite gamerilor sa zboare peste Hawaiian Island, sa exploreze si sa faca misiuni.

In timp ce jocul e gratis, vei putea sa iti extinzi orizontul cu DLC-uri cumparate, trei dintre ele fiind valabile la lansare.

Cel mai mare e Hawaiian Adventure Pack – ce include celelalte insule Hawaiiene, un nou avion si 20 de misiuni noi pentru 1600 Microsoft Points.

Asta pe langa celelalte doua DLC-uri, ce contin avioanele The Maule M-7-260C, care costa 1200 Microsoft Points, si North American P-51 Mustang, ce costa doar 640 Microsoft Points.
